DIRECTIONS TO FORMED PLASTICS VIA LONG ISLAND EXPRESSWAY (RT 495)

Take Long Island Expressway (Rt 495) to exit 39 South, you exit onto the service road and make a right at the first light, which is Glen Cove Road.  You will take Glen Cove Road over Rt. 25 (Jericho Turnpike).  Turn left at the third light after Rt. 25 (Westbury Ave).  Go past one traffic light on Westbury Avenue, make your first right after the light onto Stonehinge Lane.  Take that all the way to the end.  Formed Plastics is on the left side next to the Carle Place railroad station.

DIRECTIONS TO FORMED PLASTICS FROM LAGUARDIA AIRPORT

Heading out of airport follow signs for Grand Central Parkway, Long Island East.  Grand Central Parkway becomes the Northern State Parkway when you enter Nassau County in Long Island, but it is the same road.  Take the Northern State Parkway to exit 31 – Glen Cove Road South.   At bottom of exit there is a fork – take right fork onto Glen Cove Road heading South.  At second traffic light go left onto Westbury Avenue, go past one traffic light on Westbury Avenue, make first right after light onto Stonehinge Lane, go all the way to the end, we are on the left side next to the Carle Place railroad station.

DIRECTIONS TO FORMED PLASTICS FROM CONNETICUT

Take the Throgs Neck Bridge and continue straight onto the Clearview Expressway (Rt 295).  Take Clearview Expressway to the last exit Grand Central Parkway (Northern State Parkway) East.  The Grand Central Parkway changes its name at the Nassau County line, but it’s the same road.  Take the Northern State Parkway to exit 31 – Glen Cove Road South.   At bottom of exit there is a fork – take right fork onto Glen Cove Road heading South.  At second traffic light go left onto Westbury Avenue, go past one traffic light on Westbury Avenue, make first right after light onto Stonehinge Lane, go all the way to the end, we are on the left side next to the Carle Place railroad station.

DIRECTIONS TO FORMED PLASTICS HEADING WEST ON NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

Take Northern State Parkway to exit 32S Post Avenue South.  At 5^th light (.5 miles) go right onto Maple Avenue (Later Maple Avenue changes its name to Westbury Avenue, but it’s still the same road).  Go past 2 traffic lights on Maple – Westbury Avenue (.9 miles).  Then next left after the second light is Stonehinge Lane.  Formed Plastics is all the way at the end of the block against the Carle Place railroad station.

DIRECTIONS TO FORMED PLASTICS HEADING EAST ON NORTHERN STATE PARKWAY

Take the Northern State Parkway to exit 31 – Glen Cove Road South.  At bottom of exit, there is a fork - take right fork onto Glen Cove Road heading South.  At second traffic light go left onto Westbury Avenue, go past one traffic light on Westbury Avenue, make first right after light onto Stonehinge Lane, go all the way to the end, we are on the left side next to the Carle Place railroad station.

 Note: Trucks and Commercial vehicles are not allowed on the Grand Central Parkway or Northern State Parkway – You must use the Long Island Expressway (RT495)
